朋友Shirley Kuo的Healing Centre - House of Light將於09年7月11日開幕，她找我的時候，大家異口同聲的說要健康、要有機，一拍即合！

在House of Light Grand Open Day當天，我將會負責一個關於健康的介紹會，雖然我並無甚麼甚麼函頭，但在過去茹素的一年裡，我獲取了很多關於健康的資訊，我身體力行的套用了很多，發現自己這一年的健康狀況，實在是我卅多年最佳狀態中，趁這個機會，希望更多人可以分享到健康之餘同時也環保，以愛自己、愛動物、愛地球、愛健康、愛茹素為中心。

到時除了分享健康資訊之外，亦會準備一起有機素食和大家分享，希望會見到你有參予，一同分享身心靈健康！

Various practitioners will be joining us on this occasion to share their wonderful energy and knowledge to kick off this project with me! The schedule for the day will be as follows:

2:00 – 2:15pm Grand Opening introduction by Shirley Kuo, Founder

2:15 – 3:00pm Introduction and experience of Kundalini Yoga by Kaldora Lee

3:00 – 3:30pm Introduction of Reiki by David Bingley

3:30 – 4:15pm Introduction Health and Wholeness by Samantha Yu

4:15 – 5:00pm Introduction of Spiritual Healing - Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT) / Spiritual Restructuring (SPR) by Shirley Kuo

5:00 – 7:00pm Snacks, drinks, chats and catch-up

有機晚餐之製作

偷得浮生半日閒，放假的星期一，去了Elements的ThreeSixty逛逛，買些有機材料準備晚餐，兩度菜式為沙津配味噌豆腐醬和豉油麻油蒸薯條。

9th 身心靈健康開放日

慶幸今年的六月參加了第九屆身心靈健康開放日，學習了靈性治療 / 能量治療已經四年了，還是第一次參予展覽活動。雖然展覽並不是很大型，但各路人材齊集，有靈性油彩、Tarot Card Reading、Angel Card Reading、前世催眠、有機肥皂、水晶碗音響治療、打開脈輪按摩、看掌看健康、香薰 ... 還有我和三位朋友合作的檔口，提供SRT - 靈性迴朔治療、動物傳心術、Reiki / Sekhem 等服務，展覽中除可以了解和試試不同的靈性治療之外，還可以認識各界志同道合的靈性治療師，非常星光熠熠呀 ~

What makes one day different from another? What makes Christmas a special day for many? What makes the 4th of July a holiday in the U.S.? What makes the first day of school special? What makes Sundays like Sundays? What makes your birthday a special day? What makes any day special?

The day is the day it is. Days themselves do not call themselves the days of the week. They don’t even know the names of the days of the week. Days don’t say: “Today I am Monday. Tomorrow I am Tuesday.” Days themselves don’t even conceive of yesterday or today.
